Blush & Wild Ltd — Terms & Conditions

Effective July 2025

By booking a session, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions below. These terms are binding from the time of payment.

1. Definitions
“Client” refers to any individual who makes payment to Blush & Wild Ltd for a photoshoot.

“Photographer” refers to Blush & Wild Ltd and its authorised representatives.

2. Agreement to Terms
By paying a session fee or collection payment, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. All services provided are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Photographer reserves the right to update these terms, prices, and policies at any time.

3. Age & Guest Policy
Clients must be 21 years or older for boudoir-style sessions. ID may be requested to verify age.

Boudoir Session Privacy
To honour the intimate, empowering nature of boudoir sessions and help create a safe, calm space where each woman can truly be herself, these sessions are private.

We kindly ask that no guests or partners (including male guests) attend or observe during the shoot. This is your time. The studio is a closed set so you can relax, explore, and enjoy without distraction.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Current pricing is listed at www.blushandwild.co.uk/collections.

A non-refundable session fee or retainer is required to book.

Payments may be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved third-party finance provider.

Session fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, and the original session fee will transfer to the new date.

Prepayment of a collection is required to book our woodland or outdoor sessions.

During the Reveal appointment (in-person or Zoom), clients may upgrade or downgrade their collection.
Prepayment bonuses, discounts, or incentives only apply when collections are paid before the session.

Orders are confirmed at the Reveal. In-house payment plans must be fully paid before any wall art or products are ordered.

5. Digital Image Delivery & Payment Plans
Digital galleries are fully released once your collection is paid in full.

If using an approved third-party finance provider, your full gallery will be delivered after the agreement is confirmed (as they pay us upfront on your behalf). These providers may carry out a credit check — we only recommend this route if it feels genuinely supportive to you.

For in-house payment plans with us directly, your purchased images will be released in batches as payments are made. Full gallery access becomes available once the balance is cleared.

Wall art and printed products are only ordered after full payment is received, regardless of payment method.

6. Digital & Physical Products
All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via a private gallery.

RAW files will not be provided and may be deleted 6 months post-session.

Digital images are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical products (albums, wall art) may be returned within 14 days only if defective.

Please report any product issues immediately — we’ll always do our best to help.

7. Artistic Rights & Editing
The Photographer retains full artistic control over final image style and selection.

Edits requested post-delivery may incur additional fees or be declined.

Clients may not alter or apply filters to images. RAW files will not be released.

8. Image Usage & Copyright
The Photographer retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal use.

Clients may:

Share images on personal or business social media (with credit/tagging).

Print for personal use.

Clients may not:

Sell, license, or distribute the images.

Submit to competitions without permission.

Edit, filter, or crop the images without consent.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Client Privacy & Image Sharing
Images will never be shared without the Client’s explicit written or verbal permission.

Clients may request removal of previously shared images at any time; we will honour that within 24 hours.

No personal data (email, address, phone) is ever shared or sold.

10. Rescheduling & Weather
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather.

In the rare event the Photographer is ill or unavailable, an alternative date will be offered or a suitable replacement photographer may be arranged.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for unforeseen issues such as:

Client lateness or no-shows

Weather, venue access, technical failures

In the unlikely event of complete image loss due to technical failure, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid.

Clients are responsible for their own safety and property during sessions and are always welcome to request that any specific poses, sets, or styles not be photographed.

12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer against any claims, damages, or liability arising from the session or use of the images.

13. Client Conduct
Personal Safety & Right to Discontinue Services
At Blush & Wild Ltd, the safety and wellbeing of both our clients and our team is a top priority.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any session or ongoing business relationship — without refund — if at any point we feel threatened, unsafe, or subjected to abusive, inappropriate, or aggressive behaviour, whether verbal, physical, or otherwise.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Harassment or intimidation

Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct

Attempts to cross personal or professional boundaries

Any behaviour that causes concern for our safety or the safe running of the session

In such instances, we may stop the session or working relationship immediately and, where appropriate, notify relevant authorities.

By booking with us, you agree to treat our team with respect and professionalism at all times.

14. The Reveal Session & Image Selection
Your Reveal appointment (held either in-studio or via Zoom) is your dedicated time to view and select your images.
We kindly ask that all purchasing decisions be made during this session, where we can support and guide you fully.

Any prepayment bonuses or incentives are valid only at the Reveal.

Images that are not purchased will be deleted from our system within 7 days to maintain your privacy and reduce digital storage.

Should you wish to revisit the gallery afterwards, a £75 gallery reactivation fee may apply, subject to availability.

15. Session Duration & Timekeeping
All sessions are scheduled with a clear start and end time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund or rescheduling.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early where possible, so we can begin your experience feeling calm and unhurried.

16. Storage & Archiving
Final, purchased images are archived for a minimum of 6 months after your session.
Unpurchased or unedited files will be deleted shortly after your Reveal unless agreed otherwise.

We recommend downloading and safely backing up your gallery once delivered.

17. Communication
All session or order-related requests must be sent via email. A change or request is only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from the Photographer.
