Before anyone else, this is a moment entirely for you. Taken from a feminine gaze by a female photographer, me - Sharan, who understands how our bodies change through different stages of life and honestly just gets it because I’m in it too with all of the highs and lows of it all.
But what I’ve seen time and again, is that when a woman trusts me with the right posing for her body, and to make magic out of the light we have available on your special day, the results are meaningful and can lead to other brave moments for a long time to come. Saying yes to yourself is the hardest part, you won’t be sorry you did this.

What to Expect on the Day
The studio is a little out in the countryside (RG27 0RF) so driving or taxi is best.
I will welcome you in (always with the option for a fully female space), enjoy some tea and some chat and get started on your hair and make up if you’re going for that option.
You will be guided through the whole session, including how to prep and what to bring beforehand, as well as how to pose. I always aim to be elegant and classy in the art we produce together but you always get to let me know if you’re not comfortable with anything and we just try something different instead, no problem.
We will laugh, sometimes cry, you will get to dress up in a selection of your favourite outfits that make you feel good and we’ll create some beautiful portraits of this stage of your story.
You will also have the option to join our community of other amazing women who have said yes to themselves after the session too.

Boudoir sessions are SO popular! And the beauty of it is that we get women of every age (over 21) and every shape and body size. I love seeing all of these beautiful women celebrating their bodies in a world that tries to fill us with insecurities instead. You don’t need to change anything about yourself before you come in - you’re perfect as you are and I can’t wait for you to get started with your experience. Honestly, I kind of think every woman should do some version of this within her own comfort levels at least once in her life, whether that’s a portrait experience or boudoir.
